Terms of Service

Welcome to OneStopMart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our unified local marketplace and partner portals operated in association with LookBook. By registering an account as a customer, delivery partner, or merchant vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

Merchant Partner Note: Merchants joining the OneStopMart network are subject to specific platform commission schedules, delivery dispatch SLAs, and refund settlement conditions described herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our pages or signing up through our onboarding forms, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform services.

2. Description of Services

OneStopMart provides a single-app multi-vertical commerce ecosystem connecting customers with:

  • Food Delivery (Eats): Local restaurant menus, café catalogs, and cloud kitchen orders.
  • Grocery & FMCG (Mart): Supermarkets, daily convenience outlets, and retail stores.
  • Local Services (LookBook): Scheduling professional services, bookings, and on-demand appointments.
  • Health & Wellness: Organic produce, supplements, and related local store listings.

3. Merchant & Partner Accounts

Merchants onboarded via our Partner Enquiry wizard must provide authentic store details. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account parameters.
  • Keeping product catalogs, pricing details, and inventory statuses updated and correct.
  • Fulfilling customer orders within the estimated preparation schedules.

4. Payments, Fees & Payouts

Transactions processed through the OneStopMart platform are subject to service commission cuts. Settlement timelines are as follows:

  • Payment Gateways: We process credit/debit card, digital wallet, and banking payments via secure escrow tokens.
  • Payout Frequencies: Regular payouts are compiled and dispatched weekly or bi-weekly depending on the merchant tier configuration.
  • Dispute Audits: In case of cancellations, refund calculations are subject to manual audit procedures before adjustments are settled.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and partners are prohibited from violating security measures, listing unauthorized hazardous products, using automated scrapers to pull listing data, or engaging in fraudulent order volume manipulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

OneStopMart and its partner entities (LookBook) will not be liable for any indirect, secondary, special, or consequential damages arising out of store delivery delays, platform downtimes, or merchant catalog inconsistencies.
