Important Summary: We only collect data essential for rendering our services (food delivery, daily grocery essentials, local services, and wellness). We do NOT sell your data, and we utilize strict access controls to safeguard your transaction histories.

We collect information to provide better services to all our merchants and customer users. The types of information we collect include:

Personal Credentials: Your name, phone number, email address, and billing address provided during onboarding or account setup.
Business Particulars: Store details, merchant credentials, physical locations, product catalogs, inventory datasets, and business registration numbers.
Geographic Location: Real-time location coordinates for order deliveries and merchant lookup configurations.
Transaction Histories: Details of transactions, purchase records, payouts, order volume analytics, and support enquiries.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and business data for the following operational workflows:

To register and verify merchant stores in the OneStopMart connected partner network.
To dispatch delivery partners, calculate distance metrics, and automate order fulfillment flows.
To process merchant payouts, execute settlement schedules, and manage platform service fees.
To monitor system health, perform threat analysis, and secure transaction histories against fraudulent logins.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share your private data with advertising agencies. Sharing only happens under the following limited frameworks:

Partner Ecosystem (LookBook): Shared metrics to deliver integrated customer experiences and joint campaign loyalty rewards.
Delivery Personnel: Order items, locations, and contact details shared solely to execute physical dispatch routing.
Financial Processors: Transaction tokens securely shared with gateways to complete payout collections and banking settlements.

4. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard cryptographic techniques (HTTPS, TLS encryption, and secure database parameters) to protect data at rest and in transit. Your records are retained only as long as necessary to complete your account operations or satisfy legal auditing requirements.

5. Your Choices & Data Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your customer or merchant records. If you wish to pull data details or close your vendor connection, please file a request via our Merchant Support portal.

6. Policy Updates

OneStopMart reserves the right to modify this Policy periodically. Important revisions will be notified via our dashboard or a general system notice.
